Meet the Director
One of the Directors of JORENE ACADEMY, is Ms. Irene Mutebi, has 20 years experience of working with school children.
She was the Senior Headmistress at London College of St. Lawrence, a multicultural educational institution for 12 years from 2008 to October 2020.
She also doubled as Supervisor of Lorencia Junior School, Nsangi, which is part of the St. Lawrence group of schools from 2014 and October 2020.
Irene also served in several capacities in the same institution as Deputy Headmistress in charge of school administration for 3 years between 2004 and 2007; Senior Lady Teacher and Housemistress for 2 years from 2003 and 2004.

FAQ
Jorene Academy has been in existence since Dec 2022 and started admissions in January 2023. We are an early learning center and primary school.
We currently have Nursery One to Primary Four. However, we plan to expand every year to add a class or two until we have classes up to Primary Seven.
Please visit the school and you will receive all the necessary information on the school fees structure. We assure you that it is affordable and includes all school requirements like stationary and meals.
The motto of Jorene Academy is “Light Unto My Path.”
Yes, Jorene Academy provides breakfast and lunch to the kids.
Currently, Jorene Academy only has a day scholar section. However, in the future, it plans to build a boarding section facility.
